By purchasing this product you agree to our terms of services.
1. Description of Service
Maribella Portraits, llc takes your privacy seriously. We do not rent, sell or share your personal information with 3rd parties, except as listed below.
Maribella Portraits, llc provides you with the opportunity to review, remove and modify any personal information that you provided previously under the Data Protection Act 1998, please contact us directly by email to make changes to your personal information. You may also update your personal information by notifying us of any changes via email.
We are performing a seasonal service in the Fall Months of 2019. Your photoshoot must be scheduled between September 1st and November 15th. All sessions will be schedule Wednesday thru Sunday at 6pm. Please note at checkout your prefer date.
2. Data Collection & Use
We only collect the personal data you choose to provide us during your contact process. As part of the contact process in order to communicate with your our services, you need to provide us with your Full Name, Email Address, and phone number. All data is stored in the United States. You may elect to not provide any of the above info, but you will then not be contacted by Maribella Portraits, llc about any of our services.
3. Email Notices
When you register to communicate with Maribella Portraits, llc about our services or by purchasing any products from Maribella Portraits, llc, your email will automatically be listed in the our emailing list. You will receive welcome information, and other marketing related information, as well as information pertaining to our services and the products you viewed and purchased. You may also receive periodic emails from us notifying you of new features, products, modeling opportunities and other related information for Maribella Portraits, llc services.
4. Photoshoot Cancellations
You may reschedule you photoshoot only in the event of an emergency or due to weather, if weather. Please keep a second back up date available in the event of a rain out., you may also chose to move your session into our studio. A fall color tones background will be available for your convenience. Last minute cancellations and no shows will result in client forfeiting all monies received. If client reschedules photoshoot more then two times, the client will be invoiced a $100 rescheduling fee.
5. Photoshoot Locations
Photoshoots are schedule outdoors in Cypress Texas, the address will be available to you at the time of booking, unless you have made other arrangements with the studio. You must arrive on time to your appointment, Additional time will not be added to your photoshoot if you are late. Please verify that all of your belongings have been picked up before you leave the studio. We are not responsible for items left behind.
6. Your Images
All images are held for up to 90 Days from your photoshoot. You will view and chose the images you would like to purchase at the time of your ordering appointment immediately after your photoshoot. Images are never delivered or shown via online galleries. If you wish to come back and purchase more products or if a family member would like to view photos for purchase; you may contact the studio so we can arrange a private viewing, there is a $100 fee for additional viewing that will be credited back to your account if you fulfil your rescheduled appointment.
7. Product Delivery
Products purchase will be available 6 to 8 weeks from the date client places their order, and completes their payment
