Studio Policies

1. Description of Service

This privacy policy is intended to inform you about the information and data gathered by Maribella Portraits, LLC (“us”, “we”) when you use this service, how we store your information, information we collect and to the degree your information may be used.

Maribella Portraits, llc takes your privacy seriously. We do not rent, sell or share your personal information with 3rd parties, except as listed below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, you are a registered Maribella Portraits, llc subscriber or client, we will attempt to inform you of any material changes by email. Maribella Portraits, llc provides you with the opportunity to review, remove and modify any personal information that you provided previously under the Data Protection Act 1998, please contact us directly by email to make changes to your personal information. You may also update your personal information by notifying us of any changes via email.

2. Data Collection & Use

We only collect the personal data you choose to provide us during your contact process. As part of the contact process in order to communicate with your our services, you need to provide us with your Full Name, Email Address, and phone number. All data is stored in the United States. You may elect to not provide any of the above info, but you will then not be contacted by Maribella Portraits, llc about any of our services.

3. Email Notices

When you register to communicate with Maribella Portraits, llc about our services or by purchasing any products from Maribella Portraits, llc, your email will automatically be listed in the our emailing list. You will receive welcome information, and other marketing related information, as well as information pertaining to our services and the products you viewed and purchased. You may also receive periodic emails from us notifying you of new features, products, modeling opportunities and other related information for Maribella Portraits, llc services.

You may choose to opt out of receiving emails from Maribella Portraits, llc, but if you choose to do so, you will not receive any notifications about travel, product updates, security updates or updates to the Terms of Services of X as well as updates to Privacy Policy of Maribella Portraits, llc.

4. Photoshoot Cancellations

You may reschedule you photoshoot with One week notice. Your new photoshoot date must be scheduled within 90 days of the session. Last minute cancellations and no shows will result in client forfeiting their $250 retainer. If client reschedules photoshoot more then two times, the client will be invoiced a $100 rescheduling fee.

5. Photoshoot Locations

Photoshoots are schedule in Studio, unless you have made other arrangements with the studio. You must arrive on time to your appointment because clients are scheduled approximately every two hours. Additional time will not be added to your photoshoot if you are late. If you chose another location you will be responsible for attaining any permits and paying for any entry fees for the photographer. Please verify that all of your belongings have been picked up before you leave the studio. We are not responsible for items left behind.

6. Your Images

All images are held for up to 90 Days from your photoshoot. You will view and chose the images you would like to purchase at the time of your ordering appointment immediately after your photoshoot. Images are never delivered or shown via online galleries. If you wish to come back and purchase more products or if a family member would like to view photos for purchase; you may contact the studio so we can arrange a private viewing.

7. Product Delivery

Products purchase will be available 6 to 8 weeks from the date client places their order, and completes their payment
