Decide on a color palette. There are many things to consider when choosing your colors. Think about the room in which your portrait will hang. What colors and tones fit your décor? What season or special occasion are you celebrating.

Once you chose a color palette, start with moms outfit first. It will be much easier to chose everyone’s outfits to compliment moms look.

Sexy

For women think dresses that show off your curves. Spaghetti strap on a classic black dress, or a hint of skin will make this look sexy and appealing. Off the shoulder or halter tops show of the shoulders and give the wearer an alluring look.

Classic

Classic describes your style perfectly. You prefer timeless looks, beautiful but simple cuts in clothing, fine natural fabrics, and leather shoes and handbags

Romantic

Romantic looks are feminine, sweet, and innocent. If you’re one of the romantic fashion personality types, the Victorian Era may appeal to you as part of a romantic past when women always wore long skirts, hats, and gloves, flowers, lace and flowing fabrics.

Boho

Think comfort. A key ingredient in Boho Chic style is comfort — you'll see a lot of soft, loose-fitting, flowy clothes, often worn in layers. Maxi dresses (full-length, usually loose-fitting dresses) are a great example of the flowy comfort common to Boho Chic. Boho looks are amazing at the beach and outdoors.
