TERMS OF SERVICE

1. The retainer fee is non refundable should client cancel or not show up to the date of session.

2. This pricing is limited to mini session event only and is not transferable with any other collection or photoshoot type.

3. Client is aware that this is not a full portrait session and that they must arrive on time to attain images, any late time will be deducted from the total time.

4. The Client Shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer (Maria Arellano) in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at the Photographer’s discretion; Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not takes as a result of Clients failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. This includes children who are unwilling or unable to follow directions.
